Very Good We've stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past 3 years and every time we go, there is only 1 person working the desk. The front desk is usually rather busy with checking people in when we arrive, due to the fact that there is an event nearby that we are staying for, and so are a lot of the other guests. So, checking in takes a little longer than a bigger hotel with multiple people at the desk would. It wasn't terrible, but it would have been nice to have a second person available to check in guests.
