Excellent value,5 stars That We didn't get back in time to enjoy the pool again. The staff was exceptional, they made wonderful accommodations for breakfast in a pandemic, room was so spacious & clean. Nice to have a dehumidifier that close to the gulf. I honestly thought I was staying at a nice hotel!

I do apologize that the fan seemed to not work properly. We do have dimmers on our fans so some times they do make it seem as if they are not working properly. However I will take a look into it either way to make sure. Thank you for letting us know and I'm so glad our staff was friendly and courteous during your stay.

Great staff, Only downer was the pool. The pool closed at 8. My kids were so excited for pool time but they only got a ab two hours. The staff was super friendly and the hotel was well taken care of.

I'm glad the the staff provided wonderful customer service during your stay. Unfortunately for the protection of guests and staff we have implemented policies due to Covid-19. One of those is no more that 10 guests in the pool area at a time for an hour at a time and our pool hours did change. I am sorry for the inconvenience but for now health and safety are our main concerns.
