Our stay was comfortable. And served its purpose. At check out time no one was around they had stepped out. The room was very comfortable and good breakfast.
Excellent Customer Service - Mild Renovations We were only mildly disappointed that the pool area was under construction. They are removing the hot tub and working in the area. The pool chairs are mostly broken and limited. Everything! Customer service was amazing with Ramon and Dacey. The breakfast buffet was PERFECT! Ms. Guadelupe did an amazing job and kept things stocked and tidy. The room was clean and the shower water was plenty hot. We had a great time and will be back.
