Quiet, clean. friendly and good breakfast. I hate to even mention this since the rest of the breakfast was so good. A little picante sauce in the breakfast would have been great. The eggs seemed to be made of egg substitute baked in a pan like a casserole and then cut into cubes. The consistency was like foam rubber and they were fairly tasteless. Nice place to stay in Alvin. The bed was a little high for a short person to get into easily. The bed was very comfortable. The room was perfect. I have no idea if there were people in the rooms on the other side of me because I heard nothing. The location was perfect for me as everything I needed to do was quite literally right around the corner.

The room was comfortable all though oddly layed out. The staff was friendly, breakfast was hot They were under construction so I was a bit of a mess in the front entrance. The layout of the room was odd. We had the king single room that had the bed on one end and the sitting area on the other. The tv was mounted in a recess in the middle of the room which gave you no good view from either end.
