The customer service was pretty amazing actually. My biggest thing is customer service, if you’re working in an environment where you are in the business of service to others, (CS) needs to be #1 priority. The rest will fall into place when every employee is on the same page. I would definitely return… night shift personnel, AMAZING!!! Oh I almost forgot, I’m Veteran. There was SPECIAL Parking for us who served. That was Flawless, thank you very much!
Have shuttle services from and to DFW airport. Also have shuttle services to events around the hotel areas.
