Airport shuttle unreliable I selected this hotel specifically for its airport shuttle service, but I had to argue and insist to get an airport shuttle in the morning. Eventually the reception could arrange a 5:45 shuttle for our 9am flight. We did not get much sleep...

An okay stay for my occasion. Pros: Friendly staff. Cons: House keeping. Please change the linen. Arrived and linen on pull out was dirty. Location: Stayed at the Arlington location. The Ripley's Museum was the only open attraction at the time. The front desk staff were great. Very accommodating and helpful. However, the access to the hotel was hard to navigate. Check in Time... Very upsetting to sit out in the car for an hours with Our kids because our room was not ready at check in time. Wifi connection does drop.
