Would like to thank the manager Bill and staff (Marilyn) for going above and beyond. They got me to the train station when the shuttle (that was originally supposed to take me) was delayed in getting back to the hotel to pick me up. The property is very clean and all the staff are great.

Showers and air conditioners sucked. Beds were too soft for me.

I am so sorry. We will check ac and shower. We normally get high marks on shower pressure. There must be something wrong with that room
