Not worth the cost We went for Spring Break. Check in, the systems were down, only one person checking in customers. Lobby was loud. Entering the room, it was a lot smaller than shown. There was hardly enough room for luggage, etc. We were basically running into each other in the room. As we got ready to settle in, the sofa bed had no pillows, sheets or blankets. Very clean environment. Close to Six Flags across the street and ATT stadium and GlobeLife stadium. Breakfast was ok. Cleaning Hispanic lady was wonderful. Front desk staff a little rude when asking for toiletries and “do not disturb” card but very accommodating in setting up our room close to exit door for dog outings. Also if you want peace and quiet, this is not the place due to large families staying to enjoy Six Flags next door. Too much door slamming early morning and late nights. The young man that checked us in was very nice. The system had crashed and he was there by himself. I felt really really bad for him. He was doing the best he could. We checked Friday night March 18th around 11ish pm. Management truly needs to give him a raise or at least a few days off with pay. He was very professional.

The staff were extremely friendly and kind. The rooms were tiny, we were upgraded to a suite, so I shutter to think about how tiny a regular room would be and the room were dirty. The toilet hadn't been wiped down so there was urine and other stains all over the exterior and the room was just overall dirty.
