A good buy in an excellent location, that needs investment in renovation and maintenance. The bathroom is too small, with only six inches between the edge of the toilet, the bathtub, and the door when open. They probably cannot change that, but the large chunk of porcelain broken out of the toilet pedestal and brown stains in the toilet bowl (whether rust or feces) are repellant. Not the There is very limited breakfast items. No eggs. No hot items. Very small breakfast counter. Not up to LA Quinta standards. No elevator to second floor. So you have to carry luggage upstairs. Limited staffing, so you might have to wait for service. The bed and pillows were very comfortable . The bedroom was clean and up to date.
Ok Not enough light anywhere. Noise proofing needs improvement. Basically old 2 star motel.

Pleasant Brekfest not much choise
Aside from the issues with the flooding tub and housekeeping, it was a nice stay. Housekeeping came quite a bit early (9-10am) and after turning them away because I was still asleep, they never came back. After day 3 I had to let the people downstairs know that my room had not been cleaned. Housekeeping also either knocks EXTREMELY soft or not at all because they would force themselves into the room.
