Hotel needs to be redone! The facility needs a big Lift! Paint job- new rugs, furniture, there were dead ants in my bed and all over the floor.. it's looks cheap and run down.. the coffee makers are from 20 years ago.. the tv was nice but... the backdoor said you needed a key to get in to the building but guess what? It was broken.. anyone could of walked in off the street.. poor security.. The staff were great! Bed was comfortable.
Your the main course My family and I was being eaten alive by bedbugs, and I feel if a hotel has had previous problems they should inform their guest so they can make the decision if they want to stay! Room was clean

Very unpleasant checking. Check in???? I arrived just in time for the reunion between the hotel clerk Andy and a highschool buddy. Since Andy can not multitask l opted to leave for an hour and return to check in later. Guess what? Now Andy spent 20 minutes on the phone attempting to secure a refund for another client. Unprpfessional and rude. The drive to the facility was scenic and very beautiful.
no comment we had to be moved to another room because the first had not been cleaned. We found toilet tissue in the bed. Location is excellent

Poor Cleanliness bathroom was dirty no light bulbs fridge had old food! Housekeeping used same sponge for the toilet and sink!!!!
