Heat work not work. Air conditioning on all night Bed sheets were ratty.

Lovely place to stay. The hair dryer only worked on low and the heater made a lot of noise on auto and high. The room was beautiful but along with that the amenities need to work correctly. The heater did work on low quietly which was enough to warm the room. Breakfast was yummy. The staff was most excellent. I thought the room was very nice.

A great place to stay in Auburn, WA. Serve breakfast longer. Need better mattresses. Excellent breakfast. Room was clean and roomy. It smelled clean and did not smell like a 'pet' room. Staff was very friendly. Easy access to and from the freeway.
Wonderful Pool was too cold
Okay but not a business hotel WiFi wasn't working for my Android phone or Windows PC when I arrived, took an hour for the hotel staff to fix the WiFi; breakfast is rather limited and the only fruit available was oranges (no bananas) Comfy bed, hardwood floor rooms, friendly desk staff, convenient to highway
Very Good Room doors slammed shut couldn't close quietly paint around tub peeling, peeling off bathroom door. Went down for breakfast eggs bacon forks gone made a waffle waited 15 minutes for a fork still nothing. Clean comfortable nice staff
