We booked this hotel in a pinch after we had a shocking and terrible encounter at the Red Lion in Auburn, they gave us the key to a room that already had someone in it! Scary! Thankfully, Expedia was able to help in getting our refund as the manager at the Red Lion was less than sympathetic. The La Quintana facility itself was visibly clean and smelled freshly cleaned as well. A welcome site because we had been at a wrestling tournament all day and were tired and ready to relax. Customer service was excellent, overall hotel was pleasant although I didn't like that the housekeeping went to every door on the floor to wake everyone up 2 hours before checkout... though they did ask if anything extra was needed....
