Wonderful hotel to stay in Pros: Everything I booked this hotel as my work was having holiday party at nearby venue. Hotel parking lot and lobby clean ,smelled good. Room has king size bed with very good mattress and amazing pillows. Bathroom very roomy with enough space for all bathroom things. Staff very helpful. I will defineately stay there again.

Awesome Stay Pros: Very easy access from I-5 Cons: Maybe offer turkey sausage for people that do not eat pork or red meat. Location: Love the location to the outlet mall We had a great stay and we will be back again next year.

Check in was terrible. Person did not seem to concerned about the line of people waiting to check in. Room was nice but check in service was not.

Comfortable at low price The only thing i didn't like was when i asked the staff at the front desk if she knew when the shuttles stopped running from the mall to the amphitheater, she said no, and it was the second time she'd been asked about it. She didnt offer to find out for me either. Where i have worked in the industry in the past, it was our job to find out the answers for our guests. Nicest hotel in Auburn. Staff is super. Pros: Convenient location and great pleasant staff. Cons: Better breakfast. Hotel always clean, staff always present when needed.

Nice hotel Big rooms you pay a little more than others close by but worth it for a one or two night stay breakfast is worth $10 they do a great job of keeping it stocked up

Pets The people were so nice, the rooms were very comfortable and couldn't have better service. If I didn't bring dogs for the dog show, it would have been perfect. The pet area had litter all over and the grass never gets mowed. Its hard to let your dog off leash when you know others haven't been picking up their poop and its hidden in the deep grass. I heard there were over 40 dogs there for the show and it does make a difference to us how well we can walk them.
