Comfortable but bright. Checkin went alright. GSR was attentive, but slow. Announce my room number in front of 2 other guests felt a little bit wrong for security purposes. Went straight to bed, but the light from the rear parking lot shined bright into the room. I was unable to close the curtains completely so I had to use various hair clips to hold the curtain closed so I could sleep. It wasn’t perfectly dark but I managed to sleep. Please in the future call the front desk with any issues you are having. We are here for you! We do have blackout blinds tucked behind the drapes and I am sorry you did not see those. The hotel was very nice, new and clean. The pool, fitness room and breakfast were all great. The only downside to this property was the abundance of homelessness in and around the parking lot.
