Staff were great. When we arrived to check in they were dealing with some hotel guests who seemed very abusive and unreasonable but the staff were calm and patient. Shuttle to airport was excellent and left very early in the morning which was what we needed.
The entire property was incredibly clean. We only stayed there for one night because we had to catch an early morning flight. The free breakfast sufficed until we got on the aircraft. Would recommend it.
I love the decorations of the hotel. The staff was wonderful and the overall stay was pleasant. I didn't see anything that unpleasant.
I could not adjust the thermostat in our room. I did not ask for help
Location and cleanliness of the area and lobby were great.
