Austin getaway! The staff was amazing! Austin was under boil water notice and they went above and beyond to make sure everyone had water!

Insgesamt sehr geeignet für eine Übernachtung, aber weniger für mehrere Tag. Das Frühstück ist spärlich, die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist laut (wenn man sie nicht abstellt). Das Bett war super bequem, das Zimmer sehr sauber, die Lage (Nähe zum Flughafen und zu Restaurants) sehr günstig für eine Übernachtung.

Schönes neues Hotel mit Komfort und guter Anbindung zum Flughafen und auch mit dem Bus zur Stadt. Es gab keine heißen Getränke, Gute Ideen zum Improvisieren fehlen, da nimmt man halt hin wenn die Stadt Regeln aufstellt und ist admit zufrieden. Wäre in in Deutschland nicht denkbar. Es gab auch keinen Joghurt. Typisches Frühstück für Businesskunden, nichts besonderes. Wegen Wassermangel und Qualitätsproblemen mit der öffentlichen Wasserversorgung gab es keinen Kaffe oder Tee. Clean hotel, friendly staff. My husband didn't care for the pillows but I loved them! So, guess it's a toss up. Laundry machines were out of order. Close to the Circuit of the Americas (COTA) so we could easily get to the race (we had a vehicle). Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast choices - hot and cold.

Pleasant Room didn’t get cleaned one of the days. When I went to the front desk, they offered me sheets to make it myself. Bed was comfy
