Clean room and great location by airport. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Overall the property was wonderful. We had a bad experience with dogs being on our floor. They barked all night and we couldn’t sleep
Near the highway and close to where we wanted to visit
The staff was so nice, we asked if we can do late checked at 1pm, with no problem
We really like the landscaping around the pool. Made it like a little oasis - especially after navigating Austin traffic.
The check in was fine my room was ready before hand so that was great. The room was okay I asked for a suite but beings though the room was prepaid through Expedia it was a problem. Until they got in touch with the manager and it was okay that was 3 days into my stay. The bathroom shower overflowed onto the floor. Causing huge puddles whenever a shower was taken.. the cleaning crew missed a day because my dns sign was on the door but I did remove it upon leaving.
