Birthday Shenanigans The only negative part of our trip was the bed in our room and the air conditioner. Mattress was not comfortable to sleep on (which surprised me because most La Quinta’s I’ve stayed at had VERY comfy beds). Also the air conditioner made a loud noise every time it kicked on. In order for the room to cool off, the thermostat had to be set very low — which in turn caused that loud noise to happen more frequently. Very nice hotel close to the airport with the opportunity to leave my car in a safe place until I fl Front desk staff was awesome, as well as the shuttle driver (at 4:30 AM!!)
