Excellent Convenience stores are relatively far away, a store like the La Quinta Austin Airport might be helpful. Also, the hotel can be very loud at times because of other guests being disrespectful. The staff try to help quickly and efficiently but don’t seem to have much luck. It’s unfortunate because otherwise my stay was fantastic. The hotel is clean and comfortable with friendly staff willing to go out of their way to help. The cleaning ladies are especially friendly and respectful.
Exceptional Nothing. Everything was perfect. It was very close to the airport. The beds slept so wonderfully, I didn’t want to get out of it.
Just right! No need to have room at 60 degrees upon our arrival. Cleanliness, current decor, comfortable and easy free shuttle to the airport.

Fun trip, no hassle The mattress was kind of lumpy, which made it slightly uncomfortable. In the shower, there was nowhere to put my soap, so I ended up putting it on a washcloth on the toilet. It would be a nice upgrade to include a small shelf in the corner of the shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. especially the cleaning staff. Breakfast was pretty good and the parking lot was easy to get into and out of. I don't think I met a single employee who wasn't friendly.
I was pleasantly surprised at the up-dated look of the rooms and lobby. Renovate the elevator. The breakfast was very good! the room and bed were of a wonderful quality.
