One thing about this property is when you walk into the lobby of the hotel is decor, is so nice and inside the individual rooms are decent too and clean, but the hotel itself, on the different floors in needs a deep cleaning, as well as the walls, elevator. The breakfast items were good.

Not what I expected The pictures on the website look fairly new but the hotel is older. I traveled to Austin for a family event and the hotel was close to the event. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The problem was the cold water and the tub. The cleaning lady was next door, so I asked for a cleaning solution. My lysol wipes didn’t work. She didn’t speak English so another employee assisted me. He told me the tub is stained and the water was sitting in the tub because it was metal. After he went over the t... read more

Service is excellent! Thanks, Mark! Mark at the fro t desk was wonderful and so extra helpful. I stay at this LaQuinta because of the excellent service and he kept that to be true!
