The pool wasn't open and no one mentioned that, even when I went to ask for a pool towel, she gave it to me and then I walked outside and the pool was chain locked and filled with gunk in the pool. I would have booked elsewhere if I knew the pool was going to be closed. The room was clean. The hallways all seemed like they hadn't been vacuumed in a week.
