Picked here as needed airport shuttle, but was informed at check in shuttle doesn’t start as early as we needed so ended up ordering an Uber

I asked the very friendly front desk clerk to try to switch my room to a first floor room and he did one better. He got me a room right next to the elevator and quick access to my parking space at no additional cost. I am more than grateful and happy with the overall experience.
