Hotel concerns Room needed updating. Stains on carpet. Bathroom appearance terrible. Caulking around tub was obviously done recently and did a terrible messy job. Not worth the money we paid. The hotel overall needs a lot of work. Fitness center was closed. A side door in the main hotel lobby lock was broken so anyone could access. Staff was very nice. Location was perfect. Very close to our event.
Overall, my stay was good enough for the 4 nights I was there. They were renovating an it was not mentioned at all on their website. The pool was closed. The fitness room was closed. The breakfast was ok. Location

NIGHTLY CHARGES!!! I didn't like that the staff was not clear on how they take payment for each night. I was told a certain amount at check-in and then I was charged more when I checked out. And not to mention I got charged each night at midnight or 3am in the morning. I wish they would have told me this at check-in. Because I don't want to be bother everyday for payment. I stayed 3nights and every night I was charged. Please just take it all at once I don't like to worry about extra money being take off my card its annoying... read more

Wonderful При заезде был ремонт фасада здания и ремонт центрального входа. Было не удобно искать вход. Потом найдя регистратуру там никого небыло, пришлось самой идти искать рабочих отеля кто ответственный за регистрацию. Девушка из регистратуры дала мне карточку для моего номера на 3 этаже, она была любезна. Но когда я поднялась к своему номеру карточка мне так и не открыла мой номер. Пришлось ехать опять на первый этаж в регистратуру и просить исправить эту ошибку. Мне выдали новую карту для нового номера на 2 этаже. Тогда... read more
