Pleasant No water pressure taking a shower Small bath soap and shampoo. Not enough for two people. Light bulb by the bed burned out. Only one small bottle of water in the room.

Pleasant The towels upon arrival were dirty grey. I called the front desk and asked for new ones and he promptly brought them up. HE also had a couple dirty looking grey ones and I went and one hand towel that was white and showed him the difference. He said he would inform his manager and apologized. I said these towels looked more liked towels you would clean with than use on your body. Location

Wonderful Elevator not working. Finding the hotel late at night was a challenge. We missed the unlighted driveway and ended up driving a distance to get back to the hotel. When we arrived on April 30, 2023, the elevator was not working. Juan, the night clerk, was exceptionally kind and helpful. Our room was on the 2nd floor. We are 82 years old. Juan helped us carry our luggage up to our room. We were very impressed!
It was good, not great! The elevator need to be repair, it shakes a lot. I used the stairs because it takes longer waiting for the elevator. Breakfast was okay, but need more vegetarian choices. I wanted almond or soy milk, veggies sausage, etc.
