Exceptional service from Sandra at the front desk! Her warm welcome and attentive assistance made our stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites truly memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and valued throughout our visit. Kudos to Sandra for exemplifying top-notch hospitality!
Tried calling front desk from phone in room, phone is busy. Tried calling from my cell phone, no one answers unless you put in for a new reservation. They tried connecting to front desk still no answer. Not enough linen in room for sofa bed and bed. My grandson bad scrape from side of sofa bed. Tub is slippery with nothing to hold onto when getting in or out of the shower. Charge double what is posted. Staff is not very helpful at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Diana Garcia was amazing ! When we checked in, it was a smooth process and quick might I add!!! We transport animals( fur babies) across the USA and to come to a nice clean hotel was a great way to end our night! The star of the show was definitely the customer service of Ms.Garcia she checked us in at 9 pm and was there again when we checked out at 7 am! She is definitely a keeper!
Our stay at this LaQuinta was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Holiday decor is very tasteful and up lifting. A couple of upgrades that would be appreciated for 2024 are locks on the main floor entrances and better fitting bedding on the King beds. Thank you for a restful stay.
Very sharp looking la Quinta. There were many choices for breakfast, tasty too. Staff were polite and helpful, going above and beyond my expectations. We were late to breakfast but they still let us eat.
