Tolerable La Quinta is hit or miss. You just never know what you’ll get. This property really needs upgrade on furniture. Chair for desk was worn down and significantly torn. Desk area was stripped of the varnish. Headboards were stained. It is tolerable but needs to shut down a week for a deep clean and upgrade the old/damaged furniture. Also need to work on deodorizing as the first room we checked had an awful odor and no room should ever be given to a customer smelling that bad.
