it was our second time there, first time was really good, this time roaches were involved :( roaches in my room breakfast

Great location for eating and shopping. Not enough towels and the pillows were pretty worn and uncomfortable. Elevator really slow. Room was quiet and it was clean. Air conditioner worked really well. Location is convenient to variety of eating locations and shopping.

Meh The wifi was a joke and the staff should have been forcoming about the wifi upon check-in, I did not appreciate the fact that i had to go down and ask about it when it was obvious they were aware of the issue. THe room was not very clean. The ac vents had mold growing on them. The pool was not inviting in the least. Used towels all around the pool. The staff was nice. very nice for four floors could have had one more elevetor. everyone was very nice room was clean breakfast was okay sausage should have been cooked more.
