Pleasant Pillow case was dirty. We were checked in our room already and another couple was assigned to the same room and tried to come in while we were getting dressed. Key card didn’t work a few times and had to go to the front desk to get it fixed. Elevator was slow. Location and staff

Pleasant This location is older, but we didn’t have a problem with that. Some of the problems we noticed were both comforters had stains on them and some of our towels weren’t very clean. The shower curtain didn’t stay closed and kept sliding to the middle. The air conditioner works very well but it is extremely loud. The set-up of the suite was perfect for our situation. It had plenty of room for all of us staying.
