Do not stay Everything was dated, room was barely cleaned and parking lot was very dirty. Carpets in lobby were filthy. Room carpets had multiple stains and lampshades had food on them. Only one wash cloth, no tissues. Big problem was?the phone in room did not work, was handicap room and if an emergency was to happen no way to contact front desk. Staff was indifferent to this issue. Poor The one elevator was opposite of our room and outside! Staff did not let us know where the breakfast location was
Poor Very ghetto and uncomfortable in the back. Elevator , hot tub, out of service. Pulling teeth to get housekeeping done
Very dirty Everything Nothing
Bad It was mildew around the tub and around the toilet bowel. It was nasty. I had to go buy my own cleaning supplies just to take a comfortable shower. The night lady seem very irritated and basically said it was nothing she could do. When I first checked in the lady was very friendly and welcoming.
I did not enjoy my visit at La Qunita (first time visitor) and don't think I recommend this chain. Property was old and out dated. Elevator nor the ice maker machine did not work. Carpet was stained and property had a mold smell. Plumbing and draining was horrible. Staff was very professional and helpful with any of my requests.
