Pleasant Our room was nice, but you can tell it is an older hotel, and outdated. Behind our beds between the headboard and the bed was a complete mess with old trash, hair bows, and even used bedding that had fallen between; I'm sure during previous room cleaning. I loved that there were stairs and elevator access outside as it made it much easier to unload the car and move stuff into our room. It also allowed easier pottying of our fur babies. The staff was amazing, and very helpful.
Pleasant Elevators were not working. Didn’t feel very clean. Carpet stains etc. The bathroom was very clean. Easy access to freeway and restaurants.
Exceptional There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Everyone is always so good to me when I come and stay :) I love how friendly and welcoming they are.
