The tub was huge, the water was hot, staff was magnificent, room was perfect with the exception of there being only 3 s 1 working elevator Clean

Clean quiet nice pkace to stay Breakfast closed, instead have guests take to their rooms. Make a breakfast to go option. Some guests depend on free breakfasts. Closed for Covid 19

Pleasant The bed! It was so hard I had to get all the pillows in the room and sleep on top of them to get comfortable. I loved the bathtub!

I believed you were in room 217 and I will look into if the mattresses in that room need to be replaced. I am happy you loved the garden tub. We evacuated from Buna , Tx . It was nice to find a pet friendly place to stay. A/C in the elevator would have been nice. Didn't know anything about breakfast.
