Excellent I did not like the tub, for being a handicap room I didn't understand why the tub was so high I actually had to have help from my husband to get in and out of the tub. Breakfast was good .
Pleasant Friendly staff
Vulnerable weekend I didn't like that booking. Com changed my visa card and that I paid with my amex card. It made my checking acct to overdraft at 123.00$$ that made me vulnerable and uncomfortable when I traveled over 500 miles to have a good weekend. The hotel was all good.
Pleasant Carpets need replacing, very stained. Breakfast is all carbs, needs more protein. IHOP is next door.

Rooms need to be Updated Bad. Our Room was Very outdated, worn Carpet Old Bathroom with old Garden Tub. Staff was very FRiendly
Pleasant the fact that I had to drive 40 mins back to the hotel bc my friends who were staying in the room with me could not get a key to the room. I should have been able to provide a reservation number and my credit card number and my friends should have been able to get a room key without me there. There should be a way to, securely, add someone to a reservation without physically being there.
Good The 1st room we received was very dirty and smelled bad. 3rd floor was very dirty. The front desk Agent was super helpful. She moved us rooms with no problem. She was amaizing. She was the only one there, was super busy, still managed to take care of us as if we were the onlyones there. Thank you
