Awesome Rate was much more than normal because SXSW was in Austin....that was hard Staff helpful

A very nice place to stay at. The room was very clean and very undated, staff was amazing, a very enjoyable stay.
Good value Had to go outside to get to our part of the 3rd floor. Was scary at night
Excellent One night there was a drip outside room 109 (hitting the window sill and making a drip noise) coming from the outside A/C unit from the room above.

Fair The bathroom was not clean and I roll of tissue paper there was long dark hair in tub and floor was dirty and mildew around tub It was a nice place but needs T L C
