Exceptional The phone in our room doesn't seem to work but we don't need it. Friendly and helpful staff. The coffee in the lobby is wonderful, they even have honey and hot chocolate. Some of the complimentary toiletries are Dove which is a nice touch. The beds are comfy. The desk is nice and it has an additional roll out table that makes eating with the family easier in a hotel room.

Very Good My room had a smell to it, maybe it was the floors. I wiped down and everything was clean but the smell remained. I loved the location

Pleasant Room A/C constantly running to cool room; bathroom could use some updates (tile/mold); ice machine on second floor was not working; pool closed (not a problem though); room keys deactivated after first day stay. The room was a good size and the breakfast was fair.
