I like the fact that the hotel was near a shopping district, also a that every way of transportation into the city was just few streps away. What I disliked was the housekeeping lady she was very disrespectful her attitude sucked. She could of been a bit nicer . Seemed like she was rushing me out the room so she could clean as if I was running on her schedule . Not good. Overall I had a nice stay until the end when your housekeeping lady came in hot

I love the proximity to shopping malls but the surrounding environment was a bit rowdy.

Near the downtown
Nice, clean place with good staff. Easy check-in / check-out process. Challenges we faced: no breakfast available as advertised, no wifi other than in the bathroom, coffee machine was broken, no vending machines, no ice machine, TV remote didn’t work, and no soap in the bathroom.
Rooms are clean and so is motel. But there is only 4 parking spots for free, if you miss them you need to park near by. And when it comes to area surrounding motel looks like place your car can get smash and grabbed
The front desk had no real recommendations for food delivery. The area is not the safest at night. The room was sparsely appointed. No hangers in closet. No hand towels or kleenex in bathroom. No trash bin in bathroom. There was a shower cap over the smoke/fire alarm. The TV did not work due to poor satellite connection. No continental breakfast in the morning due to a "flood" in the room where food is kept. $200 a night is high for this quality of stay.
The hotel looks new. It was very clean and well air conditioned. The bathrooms are pretty spacious and there’s a microwave! This is the first time I’ve been to a hotel in NYC where they have the microwaves IN the room. I would definitely come here again.
