Fabulous hotel, terrible receptionist! What we did NOT appreciate was the rude staff at check-in. I travel across the country many times/year and always enjoy chatting with the staff at check-in - where we’re coming from and going to…. About the local weather….. and sometimes about local restaurants/activities. However, this night I had the misfortune of meeting the rudest hotel receptionist I’ve ever encountered.
