Thank you for your comment. We patrol our hallways regularly, and if we receive a report of noise disturbances we dispatch an employee right away to take care of it. I'm truly sorry we did not catch the disturbance during your stay.
No complaints, was very good. Breakfast had no scrambled eggs. Room was clean bed very comfortable.

Good
I think $195 for a simple room is a bit much especially when you can't use the John in the morning. Remote control didn't work. Had to take it to the desk three times to get a replacement before one finally worked. Toilet was stopped up in the morning while we were trying to get ready to leave. No tine to ask for housekeeping. We try to always stay at La Quinta but this stay gives me pause. Room was way too pricey for a simple room ($195) - not a suite.

As with our hotels, our rates may change according to demand. During times of low occupancy guests can enjoy great bargains, and in high season our rates go up. Whatever the rate, we strive to always provide good value. I apologize that it took 3 tries to get your remote working and hope to have another opportunity to win you over in the future.
