Let me start off by saying that the room I was put in was immaculate. Everything was thoroughly cleaned and spacious. Mike from the front desk has been amazing!! The amount of work he put in to making sure I had the best stay, he deserves a raise! He went above and beyond despite some difficulties on my end. He’s been positive and super helpful. The laundry staff is very pleasant and the pool and hot tub were a huge bonus. If I could give this place more stars I would!
Stayed at the location for 1 night while passing through for a class. To start, I booked this location through my wyndham account and found it to be a decent price. I checked in around 930pm and the employee at the desk was very friendly and polite. It was a very quick check in and no issues. The room was warm when I first got in but the AC was able to cool it down pretty quickly. Everything seem to have been updated recently and was very clean. Everything during our stay was wonderful. The property is clean and the rooms are spacious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only suggestion I would make is to add rubber mats around the pool as it ivery slippery; my children fell numerous times.
I would never ever book a room here ever again. First off the staff was rude, Mike. Attitude was nasty & tried to go back and forth with me over a mistake they made! I went into the hotel Friday night was quoted for 2 nights and told me it will be a $100 deposit. I checked into my room. It was hair on the bed. Mold in the bathroom & it had strong smell coming through the vents. I had to use my own products to clean up the room. been here several times when needing to stay south of FW. The rooms were comfortable, clean. Breakfast was good (a lot of options) and we really enjoy the indoor pool. front desk has always been courteous.
