Fair Cleanliness and serviceability of equipment is always a concern in "budget" hotels, and this one is no different. This is a typical La Quinta - good solid accommodations with few frills. They do a decent job of keeping the place clean and operational.
Exceptional Away from the 'Strip' so had to drive. We chose it because we knew it would be quiet! Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable room.
Good The breakfast could have been better. Not enough to pick from. Our fridgerator didn't work. The room was nice and clean.
