Hands down, the best customer service I've ever had in ANY hotel. Brenson did everything possible to ensure our group of 50 was welcome and comfortable.
Executive room suite was spacious and clean. Very much updated hotel. Check in was quick amd easy. Breakfast was good. Close by Mcdonalds and gas station easy access to the interstate.
It looks like a 3star hotel when walking in, although it seems more so updated in the rooms themselevs!!! My 2 yr old and myself have been in many many hotels due to his medically fragile condition we travel for medical appointments... when we are in Castle Rock or even Denver or Colorado Springs- we will stay here and travel to the cities if need be.. It was a good hotel. We had a little bad luck with the room, the tv didn't work but they gave us a new room so that was good. Unfortunatly someone started a dryer around 5.30 in the morning that woke me and my husband up. We mentioned that to the manager and he apologize for the inconvenience and gave us 50 % off for the room. Other than that the beds were very comfortable but pillows too small. Staff was nice. Breakfast ok.
Beds were extremely uncomfortable. And the pillows are itty-bitty and not comfortable at all. Could have used 10 of those pillows to each bed. Had a hard time sleeping all night. Very happy it's only a one night stay. Rooms are clean and pretty however.
