Salt the entrances when there is ice. One of the desk clerks failed to put on gloves while getting my breakfast food, although it was all wrapped. Covid has messed up everything. This question really isn't fair. Coffee 24/7 was great.

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations. However, due to COVID-19 the hotel is not doing a Hot Buffet Breakfast. We do have our Grab & Go breakfast that we are providing. We addressed this at check-in and have a sign posted in the lobby before entering the breakfast room.
