Exceptional That breakfast wasn’t getting served due to Covid19
Stay was really good . The hotel was very nice.
It was ok. I paid extra for a pool side room and wasn’t told until arrival that the pool was closed for pandemic. I understand that but I think I should not have been charged the extra and should have been a note on the website. I chose this hotel for free breakfast and was told upon arrival that there was no breakfast. I asked for extra towels and was told there were no face towels. Also, the parking lot needs repairs. The size of the room and bathroom.

Great I did find a bug crawling on the bedside table, I was able to kill it. My car had a flat and the front office staff (female), changed my tire and gave me GREAT advice when going to discount tires. She was AWESOME, FABULOUS and she showed TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never forget her, we never exchanged names but again SHE WAX AWESOME

Would recommend for families. Nothing Rooms are clean, staff is friendly.
