Exceptional I did not feel like it was thoroughly clean. I found kid toys beneth the bed in a clear visible possition. Also our coffee machine in our room did not work. Great front desk service and coffee! We forgot our tooth brushes and paste and they were able to provide us with some with out any hesitation!

Relaxation I wish the hours for the pool was longer. I understand for safety and room, service location quality of the place itself we have recommended this facilities to other peoples of our group

Excellent hotel that exceeded my expectations! The pool was nice but the hot tub definitely needs some tlc. There’s stains and pieces of the tile missing all over. The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! Starting off, I loved how big the hallways were. Plenty of space to pull lots of luggage/bags. The room was awesome. It looked like a small studio apartment. Super spacious! The bathroom also was a good size. Shower had great water pressure. Good DOGS. Unruly pets, barking, fighting in the parking lot while owners couldn't control them. No area in hotel is off-limits or secured for those guests who don't wish to interact with the pooches. I love dogs, just don't force them on others. Cleanliness of property on weekends was less than acceptable. Only when I sent pictures to corporate via Twitter- did they clean the areas pictured . Location. was perfect for us.

Hello John, Thank you for taking the time to discuss these issues with me. The areas pictured are cleaned every morning, our houseman had just not gotten to that part of the hotel yet. That is why I inquired about the time of the complaint. I do agree that pet owners should be responsible and not disturb other guests. Also per your advice I am here this weekend making sure everything is being done properly. Thank you again for speaking with me the other day.
