Pleasant it needs renovation for the area its located. there were alot of cracks in restroom, the AC was super loud hard time to go to sleep. NO good breakfast there were small roaches in restroom. the elevator was scary made weird noises. good location, alot of restaurants around area.

Pleasant very dirty. the carpet in the halls and rooms were visible dirty. I had to be moved 3 times because all rooms were smelling terrible. good location. good price.
