Best hotel room I have ever stayed in! They have a $35 early check-in charge if you want to check in before 2:00 p.m. even if the room is ready. Their actual check in time is 3:00 but they will let you check in an hour early for free if they can. The free shuttle was GREAT! I actually took it several times back and forth to the airport because I couldn't get Alaska Airlines on the phone, so just went to the airport to talk to them. It was adequate. We had to wait approximately an hour for the shuttle to come get us… There are not enough shuttles, so two went by that were full. Also, the staff whom we called to make arrangements to get picked up was unfamiliar with the design of the airport, so therefore could not tell us where to go to wait for the shuttle. New Go-To Spot for Dallas stays. The convenient airport location was great, but my stay was both comfortable and restful. This will likely become my go-to place for Dallas stays.
