Hotel and breakfast was good, shuttle was horrible. The shuttle service to/from the airport was unreliable. Guests need to know exactly what type of vehicle to look for, and the driver needs to know exactly who they are picking up. I waited an hour and a half and called the hotel multiple times; a shuttle never showed up for me and I finally had to get a taxi. Very, very frustrating when you've had a long day of travel! Pretty good breakfast selection
