Convenient, friendly staff, inexpensive but you get what you pay for. Under construction. Pool not available. Airport shuttle was kindly staffed, but overwhelmed and unreliable. Called for shuttle as soon as I landed and waited 1.25 hours. Free shuttle, but if I would’ve known the wait, I would’ve ubered for not that much. Close to the airport

Very Good I could have my pup with me, and there was a big courtyard for walking her.. I was also happy I could get chamomile tea any time I wanted, and the breakfast buffet was a nice perk.

As expected El servicio de shuttle. Se que es independiente pero les deberían de exigir más limpieza del shuttle. Tenía un olor feo, la van sucia y bastante desgastada. Lo que esperaba, sin sorpresas

Good The shuttle service did not work as it should and the hotel staff didn't tell us where to go for the right place for the shuttle until the 4th time we phoned and we had to ask if we were in the right place. They never told us to go down one level, and this place was not marked as the other place she said. We ended up taking a taxi around midnight after 2 hours waiting and 5 international phonecalls to the hotel! That was 5.a.m. our time! Nice and clean room.
