Ok! I accidentally left an item in the room when I checked out. I called back to ask about it. The lady at the front desk took my number and said that she would call me back. She never did so I called back. She said that she spoke with hospitality and my item was not in the room. I told her that I went home right after and unpacked my bag. I know I left it. I will recommend this hotel to veryone I know. There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was perfect. It is exceptionally quiet and the staff is outstanding.

Great location - Keep looking if you're a breakfast eater The pillows are lumpy. Breakfast left a lot to be desired - even with a sacked breakfast, it would have been nice to have a bit of juice and some flavored creamers (all that was offered was powdered creamer), not to mention that there was no decaf offered either. Recent stay Had some noisy/partying neighbors that were loud all night!
Good Small things like lotion and shower gel were not in the room. You expect those things even when staying in a budget hotel. Location was next to DFW and front desk was helpful in finding places to eat in the area.
