Good I was put in a handicap room so had some issues there. Airport Shuttle was great

breakfast was not great coffee ran out Staff were no great. I called for the free airport shuttle and had to wait for 30 mins at 10pm at 2C alone outside the airport. I would suggest a little more empathy from the front desk or a safer place to wait. It was very clean.
Surprised by Booking.com rating of this hotel Very average hotel and breakfast was a joke - diy waffle or hard boiled egg, no toast or cereal of any kind. The staff were mostly unfriendly. No half decent restaurant within 3 miles. reasonably clean, reasonably close (but not very) to airport.
It was ok for what I needed it for, a night stay prior to going to airport. My spouse told me the front desk was not too helpful when directing to the room or any added information. The room was clean and large, plenty of room for my spouse, myself and two dogs. It was very close to the airport and included a shuttle.
