Awesome Super clean. The rooms are perfect . Excellent wifi. Staff is super friendly. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Very close to the airport. Great value

Very Good Front desk clerk needs retraining. After a long drive, my family just wanted to rest in the room. First our key did not work, then she gave our room to another person and we both were standing at the door trying to get in the room. The clerk made numerous mistakes giving the poor woman next to me a room, first she gave her a room with someone in it, then she gave her our room and then she still had difficulty getting a room. Exceptional Staff is always outstanding Ms Roslyn is one of my favorite people of all time. The housekeeping staff is amazing. For a hotel that age and for the rooms to be that clean and nice is unbelievable they do a great job
Very Good Bed too hard, pillows awful, gym needs to be open with guidelines in place for COVID. The location of hotel isn't conducive to exercising outdoors so guests need the gym. I needed to find a local gym to use a guest pass at which was a hassle. Location, price, staff
