Excellent spot especially if traveling with pets. Friendly staff. Bathrooms could use updating. Elevator was slow. Jada at the front desk has the BEST customer service attitude I’ve seen or experienced in a long time. She was helpful and friendly and had a great energy. The courtyard was lovely to walk pets. Would like to see pet doggie bags around property since it is pet friendly. Rooms are spacious. Appreciated having a fridge.

This was a return visit and I would come again. There are few places to eat nearby. The breakfast was the same each day. The facility is clean. The staff is very polite.

A relief under travel stress An enlarging mirror in bathroom for aging eyes to put on makeup:-) My flight was cancelled late and rescheduled early. Got 5 hrs sleep. Comfortable bed, reasonable breakfast, though had to leave so early didn't get a chance to fully enjoy. Very sweet staff

Very enjoyable two night stay. Two little niggles with the room - very uncomfortable and small pillows and would have appreciated another easy chair (why only one?). Great hotel, convenient location for us as we were in Irving for a concert, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room.

We would definatly stay again. The breakfast was good but, didn't match the establishment. Also, there didn't seem to be restaurants near by. And finally, the hotel didn't have information about area attractions. The staff. The cleanliness. The accommodations.
