Exceptional Nothing ! Absolute gem of a hotel. Front end staff and shuttle drivers were friendly , courteous and helpful with recommendations for an out of towner. Rachel at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Rooms were spacious , bathrooms were decently sized and very clean. Air conditioning also worked great. Also have free shuttles within a 5 mile radius which saved us a lot of money on cabs and Uber whom prices should be considering illegal. DO NOT take a cab from the airport. They are con men and will charge you ... read more

Exceptional Property is great. The bottom floor rooms have immediate access to the pool and gazebo areas.

It was close to the airport and had a shuttle service that picked us up from a late night flight.

Disappointed with shuttle service. Hotel was clean and comfortable When we arrived at the airport and called for shuttle, we were told shuttle would be there in 20 min. 55 minutes and 2 phone calls later the shuttle arrived. Shuttle driver did not show up for work on Sunday morning and we had an early flight. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice. Staff at check in counter were very pleasant and accommodating
